"About Jessica

Discover the path to holistic wellness with Jessica, a dedicated practitioner with over 1,000 hours of training in massage, injury therapy, and energy work. Since 2004, Jessica has been on a transformative journey, exploring various healing modalities to help others achieve optimal well-being.

Jessica's extensive education includes Reiki mastery, aromatherapy, Thai Yoga Massage, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the renowned Kripalu Center. She is also a Certified Health Coach, offering an integrative approach to wellness.

A defining moment in Jessica's journey was her introduction to Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) by Sister Ann Winters. Inspired, Jessica completed the 2-year EEM Certification Program and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing training. In 2023, she became an Eden Method Teacher to guide others along their healing path.

Jessica firmly believes in the body's innate ability to heal itself and is passionate about empowering others through self-care. She teaches classes that provide the knowledge and tools for individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being.

When not helping others, Jessica finds joy in music, fitness, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She thrives on creativity and innovation, constantly seeking personal growth and development.
