I'm a Wellness Detective who utilizes health coaching, reflexology, and essential oils to bring clients to optimal wellness.
I call myself a Wellness Detective because I blend my Forensic Biology/Anthropology investigative background with my health and wellness skills to help clients decipher the clues that their bodies give them in the form of symptoms.
In my health coaching practice, I utilize my background as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach to help women lose weight by breaking up with restrictive dieting, unhealthy expectations, negative self-talk, and chronic stress and introduce them to a more holistic, self-compassionate way to lose weight that leads to a healed relationship with food, their emotions, and their bodies.
In my reflexology practice, I use light touch reflexology to help clients reduce inflammation, chronic symptoms and pain, and digestive issues. I also help them find lifestyle changes to implement to work on this issues outside of our sessions together.
In my essential oils practice, I work with anyone who is looking for a nontoxic and natural way to support their bodies but especially love to work with clients that are looking to heal their bodies and digestive systems, reduce chronic symptoms and pain, and manage mood and emotions.
I became a wellness professional because I have always had a desire to help others. After navigating some of my own health issues, I found myself wanting to be that person that could walk health journeys with others, helping them to navigate the overwhelm, emotions, symptoms, and lifestyle changes necessary for improved health and wellness.
With health coaching, my clients describe their first visit as invigorating, motivating, and eye opening.
With reflexology, my clients describe their first visit as thorough, informative, and supremely relaxing.
Reflexology is an ultra relaxing modality that helps support shifting your body out of the fight or flight stress mode and into the rest and digest calm mode, which is important for reducing inflammation, digestive issues, chronic pain, and so much more.
