About me
About me
I began practicing yoga in the year 2000 and became profoundly changed. I began a soul journey that continues on to this day. An inexhaustible curiosity to learn more about this ancient practice, led me to teaching yoga in 2004. Since then I’ve logged thousands of hours of learning, with many master teachers from various lineages. My yoga therapy training is in the Krishnamacharya lineage which works on both the gross and subtle levels of healing. I’d love to share this beautiful ancient art with you, helping you to grow physically, mentally and spiritually stronger.
