About me

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, had a very formal education in the arts, and simultaneously went to school at The Swedish Institute NYC. I'm certified in Thai Yoga, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Reflexology, Medical Massage, Lymphatic, Trager and various schools of yoga such as Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Hatha. I own and operate a small organic farm in The Acreage, West Palm Beach where we sell a variety of mangoes and Avocadoes all grown on the farm. I also sell T G Essential, a formula that I invented and trademarked in 2016 that has over 20 medicinal uses. Having a big earth mission keeps me busy and I teach Yoga retreats on the island of Sicily, my true home town.
