I have supported hundreds of women in private and group sessions on their path to freedom and joy in less time, for less money than traditional methods.

About me

Over the past 3 decades I’ve supported hundreds of professional women through life transitions.as a certified Louise Hay teacher, an Intuitive Tapping Coach and a Certified MAP Coach working with your superconscious, I know what it's like to feel paralyzed & not knowing who you are because at age 50 I found myself laid off, divorced, and living in a new state. I made a decision to invest in myself, get support to reinventing myself and rebuild my community and life. It is my honor to help other women though similar transitions including religious and narcissist trauma.
