I love America....that is it; lol, just kidding. I'm a personal trainer because I want to help people become the superhero in their own movie. I once had low self-esteem and confidence and I never want people to live their everyday lives like that.
I believe in wholistic health and making things easy and achievable for people by designing a program unique to them (not some fad). Making things simple and easy while enjoying life's pleasures is my goal.
I'm a loving husband and fur baby daddy (have a 1 year old Great Pyrenees/Poodle), love weight training (barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight), snowboarding, playing games, and spending time with family.
I once had low self-esteem, not the most athletic/fit person in my class, and I desired respect from my peers. At one point in my life, I seriously thought I didn't have anything going for me.
I started weight lifting in college and I was hooked from then on. I used the pain I felt all those years and turned it into fuel for my workouts. I quickly became one of the all around fittest people in my class in college and later the military (earning the nickname Captain America).
Now, I look to help people because I was once "the little guy." I want to inspire people to overcome barriers, increase confidence, and achieve things they thought were impossible.
They quickly find out I'm super energetic and positive. I will first find out the client's goals and expectations of me while answering any questions they have. I will outline my expectations of clients, my do's and don'ts, and lay out a game plan for the client.
