I am an intuitive healer who specializes in 1x1 soul-guided trauma healing. I also offer trainings, programs, & retreats for bright, radiant humans who are ready to stop shrinking away from their sovereign power and potential due to unintegrated trauma and undigested emotional experiences.
I allow your body to guide our work, because your wise, intelligent body has all it needs for healing within it. My job is to simply support you embodying and reclaiming your natural state of integration and health.
We call this inherent health Swasta in the yoga lineage, which directly means: “to be rooted in your own Self.”
When you embody the energy of Self, healing can come much more naturally and easily.
You are a sovereign, all-powerful being. When we reawaken this inner knowing, your healing naturally comes into place.

Our first visit is an intake session, where we will get to know one another more deeply and chart out a healing path forward to support our future sessions.
In future sessions, your body leads the way. You can expect many opportunities to feel and heal undigested experiences with the support of sound, breath work, energy work, movement, ritual, psychic channeling, and visualization processes.
In our work, healing trauma can feel good! We go gently and slowly, with ease as our main focal point.
As a survivor of sexual trauma, I understand the shadow realm of trauma through my own hands on experience. I’ve held space for countless individuals to heal and recover in my work.
As a Somatic Yoga Therapist, I focus on helping my clients connect with their innate, somatic wisdom in the body. This wisdom is present in “every” body, and helps up to organically move stages of healing.
My work is very intuitive, and guided by my connection to Spirit.
