As a passionate nutrition expert, I left my corporate job in 2007 to pursue my dream of helping others achieve optimal health through personalized nutrition guidance. With over 15 years of experience, I have worked with countless clients from my home office in Valencia, CA, and now serve the San Diego area from a shared workspace and through virtual consultations. When I'm not assisting clients on their wellness journeys, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our adorable 11-year-old beagle.

A life-changing golf cart accident, which left me with a broken jaw and mandible bone, made me realize that life is too short not to follow your passion. Despite the challenges of recovering from the accident, including being wired shut for two months and undergoing extensive dental work, I remained committed to completing my master's program while working full-time. This experience strengthened my resolve to help others prioritize their health and well-being.
