About me
I found meditation, energy work and coaching at a time in my life when I was struggling, lost and in need of a reboot in my life. I dove in and let the magic of these practices work through me to help me find myself again. To find joy in my life and repair my relationships so I know how effectively these tools work. I'm now on a mission to help people find more peace, joy and fulfillment in their lives and relationships by letting go and healing the old patterns, traumas and injustices that life deals each of us.
