As a wife, mother, and former cardiac unit nurse, I understand the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst the demands of work and family. Years of stress eating took a toll on my own well-being, leading to a type 2 diabetes diagnosis. Determined to regain control of my health, I embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing.
Through trial and error, I developed a personalized eating and exercise plan that allowed me to shed excess weight, reverse my diabetes, and reduce my reliance on prescription medications.
