I recommend the SomaVeda Thai Yoga Program. I had absolutely no idea of what to expect, but was surprised and amazed and how my mind, body and spirit responded to the 7 days of sessions. The most surprising was how quickly the muscles respond and gain mobility and range of motion. As I work with emotional release in my own coaching work, it was amazing to experience additional layers of emotion being released through movement and breath. I look forward to working with Kaylee more to help me become more familiar with my body and to incorporate regular stretching into my life that will allow my body to function at a high level. XXX
After only one session with Kaylee I have experienced lasting (3+ days as this is being written) relaxation and comfort! Her calming presence, openness, and professionalism made my first Thai Yoga session wonderful and wanting to come back for more. I highly recommend sessions with Kaylee.

About me

I use SomaVeda® Integrated Traditional and Eclectic Therapies to provide a unique healing service addressing the whole person. My intention is to help people realize their power to heal themselves through awareness and trust. I am a Certified SomaVeda® Traditional Thai Yoga Practitioner, Certified SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Teacher and Certified Ayurveda Wellness Counselor under the Native American Indigenous Church (NAIC).

My Inspiration

The best explanation is in the experience! Thai Yoga combines hands-on techniques, breath and intention with an emphasis on receiving treatment. Thai Yoga promotes physical balance and emotional peace by bringing awareness to the body and releasing areas of blocked energy and pain. Thai Yoga is a practical expression of loving kindness and an opportunity to learn how to heal yourself.
