I've been going to see Keith for a couple years off and on. I prefer his PT techniques over traditional treatment. Unlike some of the other PT practices, Keith spends 1:1 time with each of his customers. He really knows his stuff and is always willing to explain exactly what part of the body he is working and how/why. Keith has a great demeanor and it's always a pleasure speaking with him. If you are looking for a PT that will help cure you and makes you feel at ease during the process, please consider visiting Keith!

About me

We specialize in a range of wonderful, time intensive, manual therapy techniques. Our work focuses on restoring comfort, health and balance to you and your body. Treatment often brings reduction or relief of many acute and chronic pain syndromes and physical health issues. The result is greater comfort, increased energy in daily activities and a brighter happier sense of well being. We often incorporate simple, effective exercise instruction for stretching, strengthening, posture and body mechanics to keep you comfortable. These are fun, innovative and easy to do on your own without special equipment. When we listen to our bodies and take positive action on what we discover feeling better is the natural result.

We also offer wellness therapy employing manual approaches. These include Zero Balancing, Soft Tissue Release, Craniosacral Therapy and my own manual tissue work in simple conscious contact. Techniques are subtle, eloquent, comfortable and very effective. They result in gently shedding old tension patterns that weigh us down and hold us back from a happier more enjoyable life.

My physical therapy office is in New Britain, CT. I have been in full time practice there for 34 of my 38 years in the profession. Positive outcomes have improved over those years. I've learned to listen to my patients better. Learned to ask more accurate questions and test more specifically to identify and treat primary dysfunctions. I understand more about our incredible and dynamic living anatomy. I've observed how our bodies are influenced by our complex movement patterns and busy lives. Practice empowers us to get better at what we do. Realizing this I've invested significant ongoing time gathering decades of continuing education courses from other practice experts. I remain grateful, to my many teachers, for priceless skills learned, incorporated into my work and...for helping me become a better therapist and human in the process.

My dedication is simple - master the best approaches found to successfully treat the widest range of pain and dysfunction we humans are prone to. We've discovered excellent, proven, gentle manual protocols based on sound science. They've offered objective positive results to thousands of our clients. Often incorporating more time intensive one-on-one care, getting great results fits well into a traditional medical community PT practice. Melded into more clinical experience, our focus evolved.

Refined manual assessment now helps us identify underlying physical tensions and energetic restrictions within more of the bodies tissues and systems. Some found, are not limited...to the particular site where a specific problem is causing symptoms. When treated with various techniques of simple contact, these restrictions often lessen or resolve. This adds a further contribution to 'whole body' tension reduction and renewed comfort in daily activities.

More clients responded well with integrating approaches. Success encouraged me to walk further along my path. And more years passed...with more study, experience and insight, both professional and personal. It is true, as Epictetus said...'Know Thy Self'

Upon this evolving base, I discovered some methodologies, thoroughly understood, offer a unique yet universal plus factor. That of feeling, within ones self - through conscious simple contact - a powerful quieting of mind and body. A moment - within deeply felt honoring, of the Being we are - may open opportunity for an experience of profound centering within Peace.

Beyond words, simple conscious contact, resonates with innate body wisdom. The experience enhances homeostasis aiding in re-balancing and the potential for healing on many levels. Many who experience this gentle, quiet work have said,

“This is wonderful!"
"I don't have adequate words for the peace I experienced."
"I feel so relaxed."
"Look at my neck motion! I can move it again!"
"My pain is so much less."
"My mind is so quiet."
"My body feels so light. It's almost effortless to walk."
"I feel so much better from your work."
"I just feel so good...this is incredible!”
"You have helped me so much, thank-you."
"What a great office!"
