Hi Kelley, First I wanted to say thank you! You helped me manage my time and set up a schedule for me while also work on my stress levels. I was struggling to plan out my homework, work, and having time to myself to rest and recharge my brain. I felt like I didn’t have enough hours in the day to get it all day. But we did coaching session for three weeks two to three days a week and it really helped. I was nice to get an outside perspective on how I could manage my time better. Our selection was to get a planner and write out my full weeks due date and plans. You told me to circle or box the most important thing to do that day and save the rest for the next day. And can I tell you I still use that method a year later. I am now able to get all my work done and still have time to rest or go out with my friends. Not only did you help me with my time management, but you helped me with my stress. Everyday there was a new set of stress and it was starting to effect my health. When I came to you, you advised me to start meditating, take time to read during the day, or if I really have to, to walk away from what I was doing to calm myself down. About me

I have over 25 years empowering people to reach their full potential. I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness coach. I also have a Master of Arts in integrative health from Georgian Court University. I am a Mindfulness Master Practitioner, Reiki Level II Practitioner, and a certified Equine Assisted Learning provider. My passion is to guide people in their self-care journey by providing the tools and guidance to help them live a life full of health and well-being. This is provided utilizing a laid back, individual-dependent technique. It is all about each person and their unique desires for health and wellness. I will utilize my years of experience in corporate, healthcare and integrative health to assist individuals and groups in their wellness and life journey.

My Philosophy of Care

I started to find my passion in the integrative health world years ago and I got the opportunity to be educated in it. During my studies and journey to well-being, I realized that I need to guide others in their own life journey of health and well-being.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

In our first session, I just really strive to get to know my client and they will describe it as meeting a friend for a chat! Please contact me to make an appointment as my calendar is flexible.
