About me

Are you tired of feeling unwell and struggling with chronic health issues? I understand firsthand the frustration and hopelessness that can come with a difficult diagnosis. At the age of 12, I was told I would need to take monthly penicillin shots for the rest of my life due to rheumatic fever. But I refused to accept that fate and instead embarked on a transformative journey to reclaim my health.
Through simple changes to my diet and lifestyle, I watched in amazement as my body began to heal itself. The edema disappeared, my skin cleared up, and my energy levels soared.
