Hypnotist, Reiki Master, Life Coach, and Holistic Therapist
I Empower Women, To Reach Their Goals, Through Customized Hypnosis, Life Coaching, and Holistic Therapy.
Before my clients come to work with me at Kensho Life, for Hypnosis and Holistic Therapy, many of them had unresolved issues that they didn’t even realize were controlling their everyday thoughts and behaviors. These negative beliefs and habits were being repeated over and over again, causing clients to feel depressed and hopeless at times. Many were unsure about what to do, or where to go. They weren’t even sure if a change in their lives was even possible.
I can certainly understand their problems, as I have seen numerous clients with many of the same issues. I have had great results with clients being able to transform their lives and make permanent changes. Isn’t it time to do something different for yourself instead of being stuck, schedule an appointment, and move forward to an empowered life.
I became inspired to become a wellness professional after I was experiencing feelings of being stuck and uncertain in my life. I was looking at a possible career change and was dealing with the many transitional phases that take place in women's lives.
I studied Reflexology and Aromatherapy in my early 20's. So, I decided that maybe I would try and take another holistic type of class. I started with studying Hypnosis and Reiki at about the same time but pursued Reiki further and continued studying other healing modalities. I kept learning more about how the mind works, as it has always been fascinating to me, even before being a psychology major in college.
I have wanted and enjoyed sharing these techniques. And I continue to incorporate holistic therapies in helping others in their pursuit of happier and more fulfilled lives.
Clients describe their first visit as having feelings of nervousness, despite me explaining the process on the phone during their consultation. Not to worry, this is quite normal. Their fears are usually because they feel they are dealing with the unknown, and in many ways, that is true. The unknown factor is their inner self and the possibility of discovery.
However, after speaking with me about the process during the first 15 minutes or so, they begin to relax and start to become more comfortable. I reassure then that they are in a safe and healing environment. I think many of my clients feel amazed at the process and release of built-up feelings. When they leave, they have learned inner knowledge, tools, and techniques and are more peaceful and at ease as they start their healing journey.
More and more people are becoming open to the idea that they would like to try complementary, hypnosis, and or and holistic therapies, along with their usual western medical care.
However, many times, people come to see me only after they have attempted numerous other forms of treatment. There is nothing wrong with that, as long as you have a level of commitment for change. Like anything else in life, it is what you put into something that produces results.
Having an open mind is essential in discovering new answers and solutions for change, as you find your authentic inner self.
