About me
Following my passion for wellness, I established Wellness Works For You in 2001. For 19 years, along with a team of health professionals, I have provided customized events and sustainable programs for corporations of all sizes.
As a Functional Health and Nutrition Counselor and graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Full Body Systems Functional Nutrition, I began my Functional / Integrative Health Counseling practice in 2011.
