Relax & LIVE, Relate to LOVE, Release & LAUGH at all of life's stresses. This is my mantra, my self-love affirmation, my mission statement; you name it, it's what I believe in these days.
I'd like to tell my story, so it'll give you an opportunity to tell your story. I had no idea as to how depressed I was before, my Mother transitioned, until she was no longer here. I became a Health & Life Coach after my Mother died from Atrial-Fibrillation; [heart disease]. I went to counseling, I transformed with a renewed mind, changed habits and a new set of life goals. I hit the reset button and my world, my life and my health changed.
I used to struggle with my weight. I lost 22lbs and was able to keep it off when I learned what and how to eat, (shaking my head in agreeance). I'm sure that sounds bizarre, but I learned how to eat.
I coach weight loss management, I show individuals how to lose weight and how to keep the weight off.
Dancing was my peaceful place of serenity and has been ever since I was a little girl. I knew I couldn't dance LOL, I didn’t care, I just loved to dance ;-). I was the epitome of; ‘dance like no one is watching’. I learned how to incorporate my non-dancing happy feet into every aspect of my life, which led to a life-change.
From my Spiritual Journey, I became grounded in the Holy Spirit. I accepted a 'trial' and a 'tribulation' the same way I accept the fact that I can not dance LOL. Whenever I put on my Spiritual armor; I'm true to myself and to GOD. I hold onto HIS truth and I've mastered my emotions the same way I put on my dancing shoes. I attack life head on, the same way I do whenever I get on a crowded dance floor; unbothered, unmoved and unshakable.
I believe that I am a child of GOD, a woman of Faith, a daughter of Zion and a warrior of CHRIST. Now, I stare atrocities in the face, and I tell it; "I am the storm!"
What made you smile this week? Or, what’s going well with you today? These are not normal questions you hear every day. Yet, these questions became part of my lingo, once I became a Certified Holistic Health & Life Coach.
What does a Health and or Life Coach do? We both are supportive mentors who help individuals feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet unique needs and health goals.
My Mother retired from the medical field and taught me a lot about being holistic, side effects, prescribed medicines and nutrition, just from watching her behavior. Yet, when she transitioned; fast-forward, I became a 2x graduate of 2 elite Holistic Health & Wellness Institutes, and realized I didn't know nearly as much as I thought I did.
Now, I mentor and coach individuals on how to uncover what's stopping them, from slowing them down, or keeping them from fully loving every part of themselves.
I coach individuals how to develop a powerful vision of what having a healthy heart will look like, and to uncover how to redefine their relationship with glucose. Depending on whether you're pre-diabetic, type-1 or type-2, your body will handle glucose differently.
Changed habits become more health promoting and less health destroying. Being healthy does not have to be hard. Give yourself permission to relax & LIVE, relate to LOVE and release & LAUGH at all of life's stresses. Let's get this conversation started.

Can you float on water? If yes, you can meditate. Can you ride a bike with no hands and or no feet on the pedals; [like you once did when you were a daring individual], then you can meditate. Meditation is all in focusing on what not to focus on. It's about being free and having the freedom of feeling free. Giving yourself permission to let your mind become FREE of all of life's stresses.
