During your initial evaluation, a highly qualified Physical Therapist will listen to you and understand your problem. Your medical history and wellness goals will be assessed in addition to your posture, movement, gait, joint motion and strength to identify faulty patterns causing or perpetuating your pain. Once we identify the source, you will be given specific strategies to eliminate it. These may involve changing your posture or movement behavior, relaxation techniques or strengthening exercises. You may be referred to massage therapy, breathing training, acupuncture, nutrition council, meditation or other mind-body modalities.
In one-on-one 45 minute treatments we will help to re-align and mobilize your joints, releasing painful restrictions. Sessions will take place in a private treatment room or our exercise studio using Pilates equipment, whole body vibration units, bike, treadmill or speed pulley system.
