"Welcome, beautiful souls! I'm Kimberly, a certified holistic practitioner passionate about helping others on their awakening path. My own spiritual journey began in 2011 when I discovered I had Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, an autoimmune condition that had been causing various symptoms throughout my life. Determined to heal naturally, I embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing through food, alternative medicine, and mindfulness.

I believe that we are here on Earth to learn, grow, and evolve through both challenging life lessons and joyous, loving experiences.
