About me
I have been a life-long advocate for health and fitness. My friends and I were eating organic when organic was not even on the public's radar.
In the early 90's, I was diagnosed with Epstein-Barr Virus, Grave's Disease, and a myriad of other illnesses. Bedridden on and off for several years. I focused my energy on getting well. Completely well today, I have been a life coach for 30 years and now a Nutritionist, Coach, Hormone Specialist and Personal Trainer
