About me

As a certified Brainspotting Practitioner and Certified Mindfulness Life Coach, I am here to hold space and walk along side you. Everything I work individually with my clients on, I practice myself. We work together to set and obtain goals while building an awareness that will become habit to continue past our sessions. Healing is not linear, its messy and also it does not require never ending therapy. We set goals for your body, mind and spirit. We get to the root causes, build your toolbox and together set a graduation timeline for you. Peace in the midst of chaos is possible.
