I'm a free spirit: a lover of nature, expression, out of the box thinking, holistic healing and spontaneity. I'm a believer in total acceptance and self love. Wherever you are in life right now, whoever you are right now, whatever you subscribe to right now is all part of your journey to becoming the next version of you. For example, without all the health issues I grew up with as a child I wouldn't have delved into natural medicine, without facing addictions in my youth or dealing with failures and trauma, I wouldn't be the coach I am today.
