Kit has been instrumental in my road to recovery with my climbing related injuries. He is always responsive, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He has such a natural intuition for what my body needs and how to best approach my injuries. Not only is he a great trainer but he is also so much fun to be around. I highly recommend him for any sort of body work, strength training, and massage therapy.
I climb and train three to four days a week and use my sessions with Kit to target various muscle groups that see a lot of tension as a result of my workouts. Kit is a good friend but always maintains a professional attitude when it comes to body work. Rather than rely on Kit to fix and alleviate injuries, I rely on him to help me prevent injuries and strains by effectively reducing soreness and increasing muscle mobility between my climbing sessions. I consider his body work to be a critical part of my training and recovery.
As someone who works a desk job, I am especially prone to stiff shoulders/neck/hips and tension headaches due to long stretches sitting in my chair. Kit's multi-modality approach and natural intuition enables him to quickly approach any stiffness or pain I'm experiencing and help me through it in a way that provides immediate relief. I am extremely ticklish and haven't had great success working with massage therapists in the past - Kit is able to talk me through the various stretches and pinning as he targets and releases tension in my shoulders/neck/back in a way that puts me at ease. Additionally, he's really helped me to learn more effective ways to 'self-help' with preventative stretching and foam-rolling and a general awareness of my movement patterns and posture.

About me

Kit is a licensed and certified massage therapist and personal trainer specializing in functional movement and mobility training, sports performance, injury rehabilitation, pain management, neuromuscular therapy and nervous system unwinding. He has worked alongside physical therapists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, performance coaches and other holistic health practitioners across Los Angeles and Denver.

Kit searches for the cause of imbalance and aims to correct it at its root, the results being optimal health and peak performance. He customizes every session to best suit the individual needs of each client. He strives to help people understand and integrate their body and mind to live full lives and not let injuries, movement dysfunction, pain or stress keep them from being their most joyful, happy, and healthy selves. Each session is given from a place of professionalism, compassion, heart and humor.

My Philosophy of Care

Creating vitality and pain-free living through the process of unwinding faulty neuromuscular patterns to return the kinetic chain to a natural, neutrally centered state for optimal health and wellness.

My Inspiration

Since recovering from a serious injury in 2015, I discovered my passion for helping others heal and find wellbeing. Once I experienced the power inside myself to transform and heal, I was inspired to share my experience with others and help them on their journey.

I've known Kit for almost 3 years. He's been an earnest and uplifting presence for me as well as a contributor to my well being. He really listens to what I'm coming in with - beyond just my physical ailments. I know Kit really cares because he researches things constantly and when we work together he's paying close attention to the way I move and breathe. I'd recommend Kit for anyone looking to create a breakthrough in their physical or mental wellness (I consider him a wellness coach, beyond just a massage guy or trainer).
Kit is so knowledgeable about the body and helping to heal pain, weakness & stiffness. He led me through a functional movement/stretch session and I feel 10X better!!! He's the real deal!.
Kit led us through a great stretching and mobility routine. I am not the most flexible person but I really enjoyed our mobility training. I think anyone can benefit from incorporating these stretches, especially athletes. To increase performance mobility is key.
