About me
About meKris González has always been influenced by traditional medicine since growing up and visiting her family in South Korea. She recalls memories of her grandmother cooking herbs on the stove and performing massage and acupressure for common ailments. Along with her clinical practice of acupuncture and herbalism, she helps her clients gain a greater understanding of their cycles and rhythms in order to nurture a long and healthy life.
She's a Nourishing Life or 養生 yǎng shēng enthusiast that educates on gracefully approaching the 7-8 year life cycles. She is a certified Healer Within Practice Leader from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Taichi and is also certified in the therapeutic application of essential oils; Aroma AcuTouch.
She teaches a variety of self study e-courses from Sacred Vaginal Ecology, Menstrual Attunement, Breast Rejuvenation and the Alchemy of Perimenopause.
