My name is Laura, and I have been working in the world of health and spirituality for over 2 decades
I started my own healing journey after experiencing childhood trauma, alcohol abuse, PTSD that had resulted in severe suffering of my body and complete disconnection from my soul. This path led me to explore and learn about the nervous system, human psyche, inner child healing, gut health, emotional wellness and so much more.
