I have a BS in Accounting and got into holistic wellness after I struggled with panic attacks, depression, digestive issues and chronic fatigue. I have overcome these issues using natural and holistic processes. I am a certified health coach and I know that my purpose is to help others by using what I have learned, to educate and to share my journey by inspiring and providing hope for them.
