About me
"Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery? As a holistic practitioner with a deep understanding of the human experience, I am here to guide you through the process of reconnecting with your authentic self.
My own path to healing began after years of struggling with substance abuse and depression. Through working with teachers and plant medicine from the Amazon, I discovered the power of holistic healing practices. A severe back injury in 2013 led me to dive deep into my Iyengar Yoga practice, which not only healed my body but also my mind.
