About me
"
As a certified health coach and Reiki Master, I am passionate about helping people live healthier, more balanced lives. My journey began after the birth of my second child when I realized I needed to prioritize my own well-being. This led me to become a health coach, but I felt called to do more. In 2020, amidst the chaos of the pandemic, I discovered Reiki and it transformed my life. I knew I had found my true calling – to heal and help others.
I am now a Reiki Master and Animal Reiki Practitioner, offering healing to both humans and animals.
