About me
Lexi is a Certified Health Coach with a Bachelor's in Nutrition. After her health complications from competing in a bodybuilding competition, she spent 6 years healing her physical and emotional body, and mind. Within those 6 years, she spent time going into her trauma and wounds, in turn accessing deeper levels of who she was. Now, she helps others do the same so they may become empowered by their authenticity and build a life around it. She takes a personalized approach to every person she works with, as everyone responds differently to different forms of treatment and care.
