What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

During our first session, I encourage you to ask questions and share your concerns. We'll begin with a Body Code® evaluation to assess your body's overall health and identify any imbalances that need to be addressed. With the Emotion Code®, we'll discuss the specific issues you'd like to work on and start releasing emotional baggage.
