"Welcome to my holistic healing practice! I'm Lindsey Gallegos, a certified yoga, meditation, and Reiki master with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I am also a certified Spiritual Life Coach and Shamanic Healing Practitioner. As a natural and trained intuitive, I specialize in guiding souls and healing core wounds, drawing upon my expertise in Energetic healing modalities including: Reiki, Nidra (trance) meditation, Sound healing, Shamanic Journeying and Soul Retrieval. My own journey as an empath and intuitive has been the driving force behind my passion for helping others. I understand the challenges of navigating emotional and mental struggles, and I've dedicated the last decade to mastering the techniques that have allowed me to heal, protect, and empower myself.
