About me

About me
Lisa Andrews is the Director of Fitness at Central Rock Gym. She brings to CRG a lifetime of passion for sports, fitness, and the aesthetics and mechanics of movement.

She designed the fitness program at CRG to emphasize strength, endurance, mental focus, stamina, balance, and core strength. All levels can benefit from strategic cross-training both through classes and one-on-one work.

Lisa approaches personal training by beginning with a highly individualized and specific assessment of a client’s lifestyle, health, nutrition, fitness, and goals.
