Lisa Andrews is the Director of Fitness at Central Rock Gym. She brings to CRG a lifetime of passion for sports, fitness, and the aesthetics and mechanics of movement.
She designed the fitness program at CRG to emphasize strength, endurance, mental focus, stamina, balance, and core strength. All levels can benefit from strategic cross-training both through classes and one-on-one work.
Lisa approaches personal training by beginning with a highly individualized and specific assessment of a client’s lifestyle, health, nutrition, fitness, and goals. She teaches her clients to work with instead of against their bodies in order to reach their fullest potential. From injury rehabilitation to postural realignment, to pushing the limits of the competitive edge, Lisa works with clients at all levels of abilities and performance.
Lisa enjoys playing volleyball, climbing, mountain biking, and volunteering as a fitness coach for the Boston Renegades blind baseball team. She holds a BFA in Photography.
