About me
I've been studying diet and wellness for over a decade as a way to heal myself. I have been diagnosed with multiple health issues including autoimmune, food sensitivities, candida overgrowth, leaky gut, mold illness, weight gain, hypothyroid, chronic fatigue, anxiety, heavy metal toxicity, EBV & Lyme disease which forced me to completely shift my diet, lifestyle and my way of approaching health and digestion.
