About me
Before becoming a massage therapist I spent most of my adult life in the hospitality industry as a bartender, server and manager. I always enjoyed taking care of people but decided I wanted to help people find a more long term solutions. I became a personal trainer and fitness instructor teaching yoga, Spinning and kickboxing. Massage therapy felt like a natural segue into a Holistic approach to "Wellness"
