About me

"Welcome to LyF (Love You First), where I, Lynn Pliska, am the chief healer and coach. My journey to opening this practice in 2019 was filled with challenges and personal growth. After facing a tumultuous relationship, an unappreciative and dangerous job, and a diminished lust for life, I found myself disconnected from the Universe, God, and my own inner spirit. In a moment of despair, I asked for divine guidance, and from that day forward, I began to open up to the path laid before me.
