About me
About me
I’m kind of a self-help education junkie. I’ve been in a lot of classes over the years and have quite a few certifications. I started coaching in 2007 and gained certifications as a Family Coach and Relationship Coach. In 2008 I received my certification in NLP and hypnosis and used the NLP extensively in my coaching. I took more classes in hypnotherapy and started using it extensively for smoking cessation and forgiveness. Then, I learned about pain control in hypnosis and I knew I had to do that, so I added Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapy to my bag of tools.
