My journey began at 21 with a passion for herbal medicine, which blossomed into studying biology, anatomy, homeopathy, nutrition, and more. An early interest in meditation and Eastern philosophies led me to develop skills in yoga, tai chi, and Qi Gong, ultimately earning a doctorate in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
