I'm a certified holistic health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and mama of two toddler boys based in Copenhagen. As a life-long health enthusiast on the journey of motherhood, I left the corporate world to pursue my true passion: inspiring moms to take back their health. In my holistic health coaching program, I guide women to prioritize themselves and put looking and feeling their best back on the to-do list.
