About me
It was out of a life crisis that I learned what I now share with my clients. One day I was fast-tracked to success, the next day I was unable to get out of bed, think a coherent thought, every muscle in my body was on fire. I lost my job, husband, and life as I knew it. There was no apparent cause, all my labs were perfect. I was undiagnosed for 9 years. My turning point arrived when an integrative/functional M.D. diagnosed a condition called Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome. My healing began with naming the illness.
