About me

As a holistic life coach, I am passionate about empowering women on their journey of self-discovery. I help my clients align their lives with their core values, find the courage to embrace their authentic selves, and live with intention and purpose.

With a diverse background encompassing health, spirituality, and personal growth, I bring a unique perspective to coaching. My education includes degrees in Health and Physical Education, Divinity, Counseling, and Spiritual Growth and Development, reflecting my commitment to integrating mind, body, and spirit.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as a Hospice Chaplain, supporting women and couples through pregnancy and infant loss, working as a Community Health Educator, and pastoring two churches. The last 20 years, I have focused on counseling as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Life coaching allows me to draw upon this rich experience to provide holistic support and guidance to my clients.

I find joy and balance in outdoor activities like hiking, backpacking, camping, and running. Singing in my church choir and nurturing relationships with friends and family bring me happiness and fulfillment. I firmly believe that cultivating healthy, life-giving connections is essential to living a joyful and satisfying life.
