About me
"Welcome to a new approach to health and wellness. As a holistic practitioner with a diverse background in both Western and Eastern medicine, I'm passionate about guiding you on a transformative journey of self-discovery and true healing.
My journey began with a Masters in Exercise Physiology and a medical degree, followed by years of practice in family medicine and emergency room settings. While I enjoyed patient interactions, I felt there was more to healing than what Western medicine could offer.
