About me

With over 36 years of experience as a registered nurse, I have shifted my career to holistic healing. My journey into this field began when I discovered Reiki in 2016, which profoundly transformed my approach to wellness. As a woman in long-term recovery from alcohol use disorder and codependency, I have personally embraced holistic methods and now guide others on their own paths to healing.

I am a Holistic Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Family Constellation Facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Acupressure Therapist, and Retreat Leader. In my practice, I integrate the Healy device into sessions upon request to enhance the healing process. My goal is to support and empower you on your unique journey toward balance and well-being.
