After retiring from a successful foodservice business of over 30+ years, Mary chose to fuse her deep passion for food, well-being, and service to others by becoming an Integrative Wellness Entrepreneur. Choosing to “re-wire” life's next chapter, Mary works guiding individuals 50+ who find themselves questioning their identity, fearful of change, has lost zest for life and is left feeling inadequate transitioning with age.
