I feel more confident in myself and in control of how I live.
Getting clear and working through some emotions has helped me shed some unwanted weight gain, as well as motivated me to invite things in my life like yoga and dance that make me happy and empowered. It’s amazing how working one thing a little bit at a time is now a web of many things working successfully together. I am not so attached to the idea of what life “should” look like…I am doing things that make me happy, are healthy and feed into other positives. My time in this program helped me grow towards the person I had been wanting to become.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been positive self talk and feeling empowered to avoid processed foods.

I would suggest eating per usual, and just eliminating one thing at a time. For example, if you're looking to possibly help alleviate your knee pain and you're thinking about removing foods that cause inflammation...just pick one food to remove. That way, you can see how you feel in your body as a result of removing that ONE thing. Does that make sense?

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been the ability to manage stress through a variety of positive, healthy mechanisms, consistent diet, writing and meditation to name a few!
