About me
It wasn’t until I was 30 years old, that I first experienced what it felt like to truly choose myself— and how the bravery of one decision would change the trajectory of my life.
Since then I began to uncover why it took so long for me to start making brave decisions for myself and for my healing. I learned that the reason I was encountering the same experiences and relationships over and over again was directly tied to my belief systems and how those belief systems were operating in my reality, both consciously and unconsciously.
