These sessions are an invitation to slow down, breathe, reconnect with your body, and explore self-pleasure with greater presence, curiosity, and intention.

Many of us learned sexuality through secrecy, urgency, performance, or habit. Mindful Erotic Practice offers another possibility: self-pleasure as a space for healing, celebration, embodiment, creativity, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and expanded pleasure.

During our time together, we may explore:

* conscious breathing

* body awareness

* movement and sound

* intention setting

* expanding pleasure beyond goal-oriented orgasm

* discovering new sensations and erogenous zones

* releasing shame and deepening self-acceptance

* playful experimentation and erotic curiosity

Sessions begin clothed and grounded, with conversation about our intensions and desires, breath, and guided body attunement. From there, we co-create the experience based on your intentions, desires, and our boundaries. There is no pressure to perform, climax, or “do it right.” Your body, pacing, boundaries, emotions, and changing needs are welcome. Pausing, redirecting, or changing your mind at any point are awesome, and celebrated.

Depending on what feels supportive for you, I may:

* guide verbally,

* witness your experience,

* engage in shared erotic presence,

* or simply hold space for your exploration

Once you schedule a session, I’ll send you a Mindful Erotic Practice Possibilities document. You are welcome to check this out before we meet - we’ll use some of these principles and practice together.

Please be in a private, comfortable place for your session, where you can fully relax. Perhaps bring lube (I use coconut oil), your favorite beverage, and if there are favorite clothes, toys or other objects that support you in feeling safe, relaxed, or just good in your body, I recommend having them nearby.
