Growing up in the Finger Lakes Region of NY, I learned invaluable lessons from my grandparents about frugality and healing through food and lifestyle changes. My diverse background, from being a Certified Athletic Trainer for a Division 1 school to owning my own massage therapy business, has given me a deep understanding of the human body and how all its parts work together to create a healthy, functioning whole.
