As a cancer survivor and thriver for over 30 years, I'm living proof that holistic healing is possible. Despite being given only 6 months to live, I refused to accept that fate and embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Through my own experiences navigating the limitations of the medical system and the side effects of medications, I've gained invaluable knowledge and expertise in tapping into the mind's incredible healing power.
When a fall left me with debilitating pain in my hands and wrists, I turned to my skills as a professional coach to become my own client.
