About me
About me
I've been practicing massage for 17 years using around 15-20 different modalities fitting to each individual clients needs. Some of the modalities include: deep tissue, trigger point, swedish, myofascial release, prenatal, sports, hot stone, reflexology, healing stones, aroma oils, thai, couples, chair, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular, and energy work. Teaching yoga for 20 years, as well as, personal training for 10 years (in one of the largest gyms on the east coast) gave me more perspective, knowledge and hands on experience to benefit my massage practice.
