Monica is a lover of life and all things that remind us of our connection to the divine and each other. She is a mother of three young men, life partner to her best friend, a yoga teacher, microdose/integration coach, entrepreneur, shamanic energy practitioner, plant medicine facilitator, reiki master, meditation facilitator, and athlete. Monica loves adventure and seeking life outside the box. Her passion for healing, energy medicine, and yoga has led her to embracing and embodying a life filled with more self love, magic and joy so she can share that gift with others on and off the mat. If there is one mission that Monica feels the most passionate about, it is creating relationships, sacred space, and community where everyone feels seen, honored, and safe to share their gifts.
